The Woodlands Premier Remodeling is proud to be locally family owned and operated.
Joel and Bryant Botello, twin brothers, grew up in The Woodlands, TX, and now are building their business and family in the place they call home. Raised in a close-knit family that believed in showing up, doing the job right, and treating others with respect, they’ve carried those principles into everything they do. Joel and Byrant started The Woodlands Premier Remodeling with heart and passion for their community, hoping to transform houses into dream homes.

Meet the Team
Joel Botello – Owner
Joel grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, with his three brothers. After graduating from East Texas Baptist University, Joel built The Woodlands Premier Remodeling with his twin brother, Byrant. Growing up, The Woodlands Premier Remodeling was a dream Joel held close to his heart, sketching out logos during high school, and working hard to bring the dream to life. Today, The Woodlands Premier Remodeling has helped over 200 clients turn their houses into dream homes.
At the heart of everything Joel does, is his family. Joel married his high school sweetheart, Claudia, and together they have three daughters. Whether solving a problem for a client or playing a soccer game on the weekend, Joel always shows up with dedication and a deep sense of responsibility.
Bryant Botello – Owner
Bryant grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, with his three brothers. Bryant went to East Texas Baptist University and graduated alongside his twin brother, Joel. When Joel approached Bryant to start The Woodlands Premier Remodeling, Bryant knew it would become something special. Together, Bryant and Joel have created a family business that they hope to pass on through the generations.
Bryant and his wife, Kennedy, have two children. Whether he’s helping a neighbor, guiding a client through a decision, or spending time with his family, Bryant puts care into everything he does.
Sal Botello – Foreman
Sal and his wife Amy moved to the United States from Mexico and decided to raise their four boys in The Woodlands, Texas. Sal brings over thirty years of craftsmanship and remodeling experience to The Woodlands Premier Remodeling.
Sal is not only Joel and Bryant’s Father, but also their business partner, helping to ensure that every detail is executed to the highest quality standards and that every client is fully satisfied.
Ashleigh Lopez – Office Manager
Ashleigh grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, with her sister Claudia, Joel’s wife. Ashleigh went to Sam Houston State University and received her degree in education. After teaching English at College Park High School for three years, Ashleigh decided to bring her classroom management skills to The Woodlands Premier Remodeling office.
Ashleigh and her husband, Aaron, welcomed their first baby in 2024.
